Virtual TV studio set for green screen use – compatible with TriCaster (using NewTek’s Virtual Set Editor), vMix and most graphics and editing systems (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and more).
Studio 17 is a hugely customizable virtual set with eight different camera angles, and a night-time city skyline backdrop that you can replace with your own graphics. This is the ‘wide left’ angle which shoots towards the left hand corner of the studio, with two screens (screen 1 and screen 2) in shot. The set comes in separate layers, allowing you loads of options for customization.
The Photoshop + PNG packs include some ‘quick start’ backgrounds – these are single images with all layers visible, with variations depending on which of the three screens are showing (screen 1 only, screen 2 only, both, and none). There’s also a group of layers called ‘guides’. These are three separate layers showing different arrangements of silhouettes in the studio. These are really just to help you match the perspective properly, and don’t affect how, or where you place your talent. You also get separate layers for the 2 screens, the neon strips, the glass panels, and some extra lighting on the backdrop surface for realism.
The city-skyline backdrop is a separate layer that you can replace with your own graphics. A single image (or video) is mapped automatically for vMix and TriCasters. We’ve supplied a guide layer for positioning your graphics ‘by hand’ in Photoshop or your video editing software.
