Product details

Virtual studio set for green screen use – for TriCaster (NewTek’s Virtual Set Editor), vMix and most graphics and editing systems (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and more).

Studio 17 is a fully customizable virtual set with eight different camera angles, and a city skyline backdrop that you can replace with your own graphics. This is the ‘right’ angle which shoots straight towards the right hand wall, with the screen on the right (screen 3) available in shot. The set comes in separate layers, allowing you many options for customization.

The Photoshop + PNG packs include a couple of ‘quick start’ backgrounds – these are single images with all the layers already combined, with a transparent ‘hole’ so you can quickly drop your own content into the screen area. You also get all the original elements as separate layers – the screen, the glass panels, and some extra lighting on the backdrop surface. We’ve also included a guide layer showing seated talent to help you position things correctly. You can of course, choose to frame your talent any way you like.

The vMix version has the main studio layer, the glass panels and the backdrop surface lighting all merged into a single ‘midground’ layer. You can use the Photoshop version to adjust all of those original layers individually. See the option above called ‘vMix + Photoshop’.

The entire skyline backdrop is a separate layer that you can replace with your own imagery. A single image or video is mapped automatically for vMix and TriCasters. We’ve supplied a guide layer with a numbered grid for positioning your graphics ‘by hand’ in Photoshop or your video editing software.

You can see a short video here which explains in more detail all the features of Studio 17: Studio 17 walkthrough.
